Dr. Pradip Kumar Das, M.B.B.S., D.T.M.&H, D.S.M.,F.H.M, M.Phil, worked as Health Officer in Serampore Municipality from 1998-1999, Medical Officer, Serampore Branch of State Bank of India., Ex Senior Medical Officer, ART Centre, Burdwan Medical College & Hospital, Burdwan, Acting as Master Trainer in GFATM-7 Project and Supportive Supervisor in Burdwan District, West Bengal, India, Acting Secretary, Indian Medical Association, Serampore Branch, Worked  as External Monitor for Pulse Polio Programme in Hooghly and North 24 Parganas under World Health Organisation. Principal Investigator, Community Based Project to Mitigate Arsenic Pollution in West Bengal sponsored by All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Kolkata and ICEF..Working Editor, Swasthya Bhabna Masik, a Bengali Monthly Newspaper for the health awarness of the common people.Hony. Secretary of Swasthya Bhabna Welfare Society, a Registered NGO concerned for the welfare of the people. 
 
Obtained the Fellowship from International College of Nutrition, The Zoological Association of Burdwan, UIniversity of Burdwan, School of Tropical Medicine in HIV/AIDS, Fellowship from Foundation for Science & Environment, Study works done on Smoking Habit of the people in an Urban City (Calcutta) under Dr. Ashok Chowdhury, Ex Head of Dept. of Medicine. NRSMCH, study paper was read in World Health Conference in Simla in the year 1983. An article on Arsenicosis published in TRENDZ, a Dermatological Journal published by the Indo-Swift Communication Private Limited and also published a Book for Arsenic Pollution in West Bengal., a Book on Bharater Paribesh Bhabana was published in collaboration with Dr. Suhas Bhattacharyya.
